Yesterday, on Januray 30, within the framework of the cooperation between "Erebuni" Historical and Archaeological Museum-Reserve and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the NAS, RA, in the ArchaeoLectorium of “Erebuni” museum Aleksan Hakobyan, a well-known scientist, PhD in Historical Sciences, head of the "Christian East" Department of the Institute of Oriental Studies of NAS, RA, delivered a lecture entitled "Proper Aghvank and Armenian Aghvank: Problems and Solutions". At the beginning of the lecture, the director of “Erebuni” museum Miqayel Badalyan and the director of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the NAS, RA, Robert Ghazaryan made a welcoming speeches. They noted that this lecture marks the beginning of a new and effective cooperation between the two institutions. After the lecture, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the recently opened temporary exhibition of “Erebuni” museum, entitled “Silent Witnesses of Ancient Armenia. Revival and Revaluation”.
