CONTEMPORARY EURASIA VII (2)
Submission Deadline: September 15, 2018
Contemporary Eurasia a peer reviewed journal published twice a year. It is dedicated to publishing academic research on Eurasia from the perspective of international relations, politics, identity, religion, regional transformations and history. The journal welcomes theoretical and empirical contributions aiming at furthering scholarship and debate on emerging role of Eurasia in the global geopolitics. Contemporary Eurasia publishes reviewed research articles, book reviews and conference, round-table reports. It is published in both printed and online versions. All research articles published in Contemporary Eurasia undergo rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous reviewers. Journal will be a fully open-access and permanently available for readers to download and share. For the articles accepted in these issues no publication fee will be charged. Manuscripts can be submitted by email to: cejournal@orient.sci.am Authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following guidelines.
AUTHORS GUIDELINES
SUBMISSION CRITERIA
The submission has neither been published previously in printed or electronic format, nor is under consideration for another publication.
The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format. The publication font is Times New Roman, the text font size is 11 pt. 1,5 line spacing, footnotes font size is 10 pt with single line spacing.
Manuscripts that do not adhere the following requirements and article structure will be rejected.
ARTICLE STRUCTURE AND REQUIREMENTS
Abstract: A concise abstract is required (max. 200 words). The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. References should be avoided.
Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords should be provided, after the abstract.
Conclusion: The article should end with a short separate section of "Conclusion". The
conclusion section should not exceed 2 paragraphs in length.
Text: The manuscript should not exceed 8000 words.
Author names and affiliation: Authors should clearly indicate their full name, position,
academic degree, affiliation organization, contact information (e-mail address), as well as brief
information about research interests.
References citation: The manuscripts must include references formatted in footnotes. Footnotes
should be marked with a raised number, immediately following the words or ideas that are being
cited.

Review: Reviews follow the same format guidelines as research articles. The name, scientific
degree and affiliation organization of reviewer should be mentioned at the end of the review.
